01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from mythread.shop ("THREAD," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 Products & Orders

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. As a result:

Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping
Shipping times vary by location (typically 5–10 business days after production)
Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically — check your spam folder if not received
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

03 Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted, regardless of reason.

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. This strict window exists to maintain the integrity of our referral and earnings program — preventing abuse where commissions are collected and then orders are reversed after payout.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
Return must be requested within 3 calendar days of the delivery date shown in your tracking
You must contact us at support@mythread.shop with your order number and reason
Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded

Eligible reasons for return: Defective item, wrong item shipped, or significant color/print discrepancy from product listing.

The following are not eligible for return or refund: Change of mind, incorrect size ordered, minor color variation, or requests made after the 3-day window.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your item qualifies for a return, you may place a new order after your refund is approved.

04 Referral & Earnings Program

THREAD operates a referral program that allows customers ("Wearers") to earn commissions on purchases made by others who scan their unique QR code. By participating in the program, you agree to the following:

Commissions are earned at a rate of 20% of the referred order subtotal
Commissions are placed in pending status immediately after a referred purchase
Commissions clear 72 hours after confirmed delivery of the referred order
If a referred order is returned or refunded, any associated pending commission is voided and will not be paid out
Commissions already cleared before a valid return is processed may be clawed back at our discretion
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found manipulating the referral system

Abuse of the referral program — including self-referrals, coordinated fake purchases, or purchasing items solely to generate commission then returning them — will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all pending earnings, and potential legal action.

Referral codes are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, trade, or distribute your referral code in deceptive ways.

05 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
Sales tax is applied where required by law
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout
Payment is processed securely — we do not store your full card details
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed

06 Promotional Codes

Promo codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers
We reserve the right to expire or disable any promo code at any time
Misuse of promo codes will result in order cancellation
Promo codes have no cash value

07 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, product designs, copy, and code — is the property of THREAD and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our explicit written consent.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THREAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

09 Privacy

We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address) solely to fulfill orders and operate the referral program. We do not sell your data to third parties. By placing an order, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your order.

Anonymous analytics (page visits, add-to-cart events) are collected via IP address to improve the shopping experience. No personally identifiable information is tied to these events.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
